I’m a coach, consultant and home cook whose passionate about helping my clients achieve breakthroughs in their lives, businesses and in their kitchens!

I am on a mission to help small businesses and mission-driven individuals step into their health, power and purpose.

As an integrative coach and consultant, I have been serving clients and small businesses from around the world since 2014. My integrative approach to supporting my clients means that I look at the big picture and consider your best interests as my own. Through customized consulting, agency services, coaching programs and home cooking demos, I help you move confidently into the next phase of your business and your life!

I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and spent my early career in personal coaching, event coordinating, and digital marketing ad sales. I hold my certification in Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching and have worked as a health coach and case manager in clinical settings and for a large behavioral health company. After being a professional wearer of many hats, I took my background in coaching, marketing and business systems and launched the Consulting and Agency wing of my company, Acceleration Coaching.

I am pleased to serve a variety of clients across coaching, consulting and agency services. While our focus may differ, the mission is still the same. I’m here to help you breakthrough and step into your health, power and purpose!
